Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and performs internal control of raw materials, components, and products, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Monitor compliance with documentation, manage non-conforming products, and oversee the production process.
• Conducts visual and dimensional inspections, prepares reports, and maintains records in the SAP system.
• Analyze and address the root causes of defective products, proposing improvements.
• Knows and applies the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Maintain a register of control equipment and conduct internal audits.
• Collaborates with colleagues from Turkey and Germany on more serious technical issues.
• Represent the company in matters related to quality with external institutions.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education with a relevant specialty for the production specifics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH.
• Very good computer literacy, including SAP.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to manage people.
