JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
TYMBARK BULGARIA EOOD is part of MASPEX WADOWICE GROUP (MWG), Poland – a leader in Central and Eastern Europe in the segment of food products and beverages with operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, etc. TYMBARK BULGARIA EOOD is looking for qualified candidates with experience for the position of Junior Legal Counsel in our Legal department, Sofia office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • General legal support and assistance (including legal research, consultancy and representation) on various legal issues related to the day‐to‐day business activities of the company; • Consultancy on corporate legal matters; • Monitoring and ensuring the compliance with EU and national legislation and regulations; • Assistance in the registration and further management of trademarks and other related IP matters; • Consultancy on tax, labour, competition and consumer matters and activities; • Provision of prompt and concise legal advice and specific solution‐orientated support to all departments. REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES • Master’s Degree in Law; • Certificate of Legal Capacity issued by the Ministry of Justice; • Excellent command of English; • Insight on the applicable national and EU corporate, tax, administrative, competition, consumer protection legislation, etc.; • Ability to travel; • Excellent time management skills. Legal consulting experience in a corporate environment and especially in the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage.
