Business Development Representative

Our client is a leading company with more than 20 years experience in developing and manufacturing electronics and electromechanical products. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the company's client base and implementing effective sales strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both key accounts and small clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our customized products and services.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and the General Manager to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, sharing insights from client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences in Bulgaria and abroad to promote our products and expand the network.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments to management.

We are expecting:

  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • A proven track record of 6-8 years in B2B sales across any industry, ideally within the manufacturing area.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous track record in electronics is an advantage.
  • A true hunter, very communicative, self-driven, energetic, intelligent, and proactive, with outstanding negotiation, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events domestically and internationally required.
