Their clients come from diverse industries such as finance, insurance, manufacturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engagement effort and deliver SAP consulting solutions to clients at all stages, from problem definition to deployment.
• Review proposals prepared by consultants, providing guidance and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach for managing client transitions, using multiple communication mechanisms.
• Coach and mentor team members, create a vision for the team, and provide subject matter expertise and training.
• Motivate and inspire the team with effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (several years) in at least one SAP module (e.g., FICO, SD).
• Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, and support in large international projects.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation, and deployment support.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in configuring SAP modules, including Org Structure, Master Data, Purchasing, Pricing, Account Determination, PR/PO Release Strategy, Outputs & Forms, Inventory Management, Logistic Invoice Verification, and Physical Inventory.
• Familiarity with special procurement scenarios such as Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment processes.
• Ability to work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Logistics modules is a plus.
