ProCredit Bank is currently seeking for a responsible person to join us as an Executive Assistant and to dive into the professional life in the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and calendar for assigned executives, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal staff, external clients, and stakeholders, exhibiting professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in all communications
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials required for executive meetings and presentations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions and dealings
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of special projects, initiatives, and company events, providing administrative support as needed
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in daily operations
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing office supplies, processing expenses, and supporting other team members when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
