Sales Administrator /Sales Assistant/

For our client, a leading company in IT sector, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator, who will take aftersales care of business clients.

The main focus of the position will be direct work with business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, assist and undertake administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication with business clients and aftersales activities
  • Perform administrative duties, prepare documents and offers
  • Send invoices to clients and track payments
  • Collaborate with other departments and make sure that the client needs are met
  • Utilize CRM and data entry systems
  • Due research and identify potential business opportunities in order to support the sales processes
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Prepare and share with clients statistics and business data

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience on a similar role
  • Fluent English
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Initiative and responsibility
