Sales Administrator /Sales Assistant/
For our client, a leading company in IT sector, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator, who will take aftersales care of business clients.
The main focus of the position will be direct work with business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, assist and undertake administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with business clients and aftersales activities
- Perform administrative duties, prepare documents and offers
- Send invoices to clients and track payments
- Collaborate with other departments and make sure that the client needs are met
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems
- Due research and identify potential business opportunities in order to support the sales processes
- Onboarding new clients
- Prepare and share with clients statistics and business data
Main Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience on a similar role
- Fluent English
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels
- Client-centric mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Initiative and responsibility
