Client Coordinator with German or French - 4 / 6 / 8 hours

On behalf of one of our partners – international digital services company, we are currently looking for Client Coordinator with German or French.
Responsibilities:
- Active communication with customers by email, chat or phone (incoming calls);
- Responding to inquiries regarding the operation of a service or the status of a product;
- Document correspondence with clients quickly and accurately;
- Entering and maintaining customer information in the company's internal database.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German or French language – B2/C1 level;
- Experience in customer facing role would be considered as an advantage;
- Strong skills for quick and effective solving of different types of cases; MS Office knowledge.
