For our trusted client, a newly opened production facility, we are looking to hire: Purchasing specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure optimum acquisition of materials, supplies and services at the best price and terms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain complete and accurate purchasing records and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure contract compliance.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role - minimum 2 years /preferably in Automotive industry/.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
