CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

On behalf of our trusted client, a manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire a CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing customer returns.
- Communication with clients and colleagues from other departments.
- Creating internal complaints.
- Performing analysis and evaluation of the current situation; forming a team to investigate the root cause of any issues.
- Completing A3 and 8D reports.
- Working with technical documentation and drawings.
Key Requirements:
- Engineering education;
- Attention to detail and good teamwork skills;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and interpreting drawings;
- High level of English.
