Receptionist - Dental Clinic

Currently, for one of our trusted clients in the field of dental implants, we are looking for a Receptionist with C1 English and basic German to join their team onsite in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Patients: Ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout their stay.
- Coordination: Managing bookings, schedules, and logistics such as airport and hotel transfers.
- Financial Procedures: Handling payments, including deposits and other dues.
- Service Assistance: Supporting special requests such as medical test bookings, luggage storage, or accommodating VIPs and patients with special needs.
- Communication: Liaising with various teams (sales, medical, and administrative) to ensure patients receive comprehensive care and information.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering patients' feedback to improve services.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role (2 years).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Education in hospitality, tourism, or business administration is an advantage.
