For one of our clients – a global giant, working with various famous projects and providing top-notch services in the BPO field. We are on a lookout for friendly, well-mannered, and capable individuals for the role of B2B Travel Assistant with German or Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engaging with business travel clients to discuss their travel arrangements;
• Delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience;
• Assisting with booking hotels and resolving any travel-related concerns;
• Supporting with flight bookings and other transportation needs;
• Coordinating all aspects of travel to ensure customer satisfaction with their transportation and accommodations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field;
• Great command of German or Dutch and good English skills;
• Capable and friendly PC user with excellent phone manners and solid active listening skills;
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial;
• Familiarity with Travel GDS is advantageous.
