For one of our clients – a world-wide company, offering its products and services in a variety of fields. We are looking for reliable, driven and capable individuals for the role of BackOffice Player Support Specialist with Dutch, Czech, Lithuanian, German or Turkish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to players regularly and dealing with rust & Safety related support tickets;
  • Upkeeping knowledge of Community and Safety Policy guidelines;
  • Handling a variety of tasks related to player safety and enforcing Safe and Fair Play Policy;
  • Working with Trust & Safety supervisors on escalations and in-game security incidents;
  • Teaming-up with superiors in Trust & Safety and ensuring a high-quality service;
  • Reporting issues and observed market patterns to the supervisors in Trust & Safety team.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of Dutch, Czech, Lithuanian, German or Turkish and solid English skillset;
  • Capable and reliable, able to meet deadlines;
  • Ready to work as a part of a collective and contribute to team effort;
  • Driven and eager to provide excellent support and meet company standards;
  • Ready to develop, learn and show results.
