Sales Coordinator with German

Currently, for one of our trusted clients – a leading global company, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator with German and English to join their team of professionals!

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with clients over the phone and via email, assessing the products they use, and suggesting better services customized to their needs and goals.
• Collaboration with marketing specialists and advertising agencies to provide insights for optimizing their ads and increasing their investments.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
• Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
• At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound or inbound sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
