Back Office Specialist with English /Logistics/

We are currently looking for an experienced Back Office Logistics who will join the office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate 3PL service providers performance of warehousing and transportation processes;
  • Monitor outstanding deliveries and ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments processing by 3PL;
  • Managing damages clearance process caused during transportation;
  • Investigate and clarify stock differences;
  • Process B2B and end-consumer facing (B2C) requests (Order, offer, schedule control, returns, credit notes, billing adjustments, complaints);
  • Respond to and support business queries and/or requests from B2B and B2C customers (e.g., price and availability requests);
  • Follow up order status and deliveries (B2B & B2C), including post-purchase satisfaction calls;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or of a comparable study program) or equivalent higher education;
  • You are analytical and you have a strong interpersonal and account management skills;
  • You are fluent in English & Microsoft office (Excel,Word, Power Point);
