Warehouse Operations Lead

For our clients, one of the largest shared electric vehicle company, we are looking for an Warehouse Operations Lead.

Main Accountabilities:

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment to support a fully operational fleet in Sofia
• Develop and implement processes and best practices to enhance warehouse operations
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify regional expansion opportunities
• Track and refine KPIs to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance in your market
• Handle customer complaints and investigate incidents as needed
• Work with the Government Relations team to address legal, regulatory, and safety matters
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support local initiatives for revenue growth

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in team or group leadership
• Knowledge of the Sofia region, including the ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Tableau & SQL is considered an advantage
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
