National Account Manager /Machinery/

For one of our trusted clients, a leading international company in the industrial solutions sector, we are looking to hire a National Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a growth strategy for your sales territory, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions that add real value to their businesses
  • Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing customer data and feedback, identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Plan and execute yearly strategies, including detailed account plans for high-priority customers
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to drive success, from implementing retail concepts to training customers on tools like the company’s webshop
  • Keep an open line of communication with key decision-makers, showcasing the company’s value, products, and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining clear and thorough records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a commercial or technical field or equivalent training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment, preferably in retail or multinational companies
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong knowledge of customer relations and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel regularly
