FINANCIAL MANAGER For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company well established in Bulgaria - we are looking for an experienced and driven professional for the mission of:

The Major Responsibilities Include:
• Support the organization by providing qualitative business & financial analysis and make recommendations • Ensure a budgetary control of operating expenses and capital expenditure. Identify, challenge and communicate deviations • Preventive, ongoing and subsequent financial control of operations • Budgeting and strategic planning • Coordination of a distributed controlling team • Propose and implement new processes and tools to optimize the reporting and the global efficiency • Analyses on a regular basis the cost of production per SKU and on a quarterly basis or when necessary advises on changes in the standard costing of products • Prepares a plan for surprise physical stock counts, including assigning attendance of employees • Ensures that all stock counts are performed at least by one independent employee, ensuring segregation of duties • Reviews the instructions for the inventory and property, plant and equipment count and the process execution • Prepares analyses to support any decisions in relation to cost optimization, management of the company’s assets, cash flow, efficiency of all types of investments • Prepares annual and long-term business plans and ensures compliance with assumptions, completeness and accuracy of the forecast. • Controls accruals of all revenues and expenses for the respective month • Monitors the implementation of adequate credit policy for existing and new clients • Develops and implements policies and instructions for monthly and annual physical inspection of assets • Prepares monthly reports for analysis of actual results compared to budget and prior year. Experience required:
• At least 5 years of experience in senior position in Finance of international manufacturing company
Qualification and skills:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting. Further postgraduate qualifications are welcome. • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken • Advanced knowledge of MS Office • Advanced knowledge of SAP
