Assistant Notary / Substitute Notary

For our trusted client, we are looking for Assistant Notary / Substitute Notary.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and analytical skills, initiative and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and maintain organization
- Experience in client service in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to the position, including secondary legislation
- Advanced level of English proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Drafting documents (mainly notarial deeds) with technical support from other office staff
- Consulting clients in the office and over the phone
- Notarial certification of documents
- Liaising with the Registration Agency
