As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will contribute to the regional strategy for Food Supplements (FS) and Market-Ready Solutions (MRS), ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of agility, simplicity, and customer-centricity. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting health-focused innovation across the EMEA region.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the regulatory compliance and strategies in the region (EMEA), ensuring that product offerings like dietary/food supplements or market-ready solutions comply with local regulations, customer needs, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of regional strategies for Food Supplements and Market-Ready Solutions (MRS), fostering a culture of compliance, agility, customer-centricity, and simplicity while building positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with business innovation teams to advance health-focused projects, particularly in gut health, by securing and aligning product registrations
  • Provide guidance on regional and local marketing strategies and claims to ensure effective compliance and innovation alignment
  • Maintain the highest levels of service excellence, ensuring customer needs are consistently met with efficiency and professionalism
  • Partner with MRS and Documentation teams to facilitate the launch of new MRS products and sustain existing ones, delivering seamless customer service and supporting business objectives
  • Position regulatory expertise as a strategic advantage, driving business growth, enhancing reputation, and solidifying market leadership**

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or quality management, primarily in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplements, fortified foods, or food ingredients industries
  • Knowledge of probiotics, postbiotics, and other ingredients related to a healthy microbiome is a significant advantage
  • A forward-thinking and fast-learning professional
  • Good project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related field
