For one of our clients – an international company known for their dedication to providing high-quality customer experience services, we are searching for friendly, driven and bright people for the role of Customer Care Assistant with Slovenian (Remote and PTE).

Essential Responsibilities:

Be a friendly point of contact for customers, assisting through various channels; Address a wide range of customer inquiries and resolve issues; Provide advice and information about the company’s products and services; Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leaving a lasting impression on customers; Follow company guidelines and policies while performing tasks. Requirements:

Friendly, customer-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality service; Flexible, with the ability to think on your feet; Proficiency in Slovenian (C1) and English (B2); knowledge of additional languages is a plus; Strong PC skills and a good understanding of social media; Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a bonus.
