Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a part of Sales, Business Development & Marketing Department of ARS Bulgaria. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Sofia, Bulgaria, with flexibility for remote work. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and growing the business, communicating effectively with new clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Main responsibilities
• Actively participate and make connections in different meetings and events leaving a lasting impression. • Identify new clients, create opportunities, and make deals happen. • Grow the business through cold outreach, networking and attracting new customers. • Actively assists clients with information about the company's services and business lines. • Develop and grow customer relationships and company’s market share • Maintains and grows customer satisfaction and for the results realized in joint work, having the freedom to drive your own success.
What we are searching for
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven ability to generate and close opportunities. • Strong communication and networking skills – proactive, open, and confident in building relationships. • Comfort with outreach and client acquisition – including cold calls and emails when necessary. • Experience in event participation – attending, networking, and representing the company at industry events. • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset – able to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive results independently. • Creative and strategic thinker – able to engage clients in meaningful conversations and develop tailored solutions.
