IT Security SME – Cloud Security

Manpower is looking for an IT Security SME – Cloud Security specialist to join one of our trusted partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and solutions for cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for cloud-based systems.
• Automate IT security processes within cloud platforms.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on cloud security best practices.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and events in cloud environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with IT security team members and cross-functional teams to ensure a secure cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cloud security role, with hands-on experience in AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, architectures, and best practices.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CISse, ISO 27001).
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, vulnerability scanners).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Terraform) for automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Engineer) are a plus.
• Knowledge of DORA is beneficial but not mandatory.
