Due to the current expansion of our accounting teams, we are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting team in the position of RTR Accountant with English.

Mission:

As an RTR Accountant with English, you will produce various financial statements, accounting reports, and management reports. Your job duties include maintaining complete and accurate record-keeping, preparing journal entries, reconciling data between financial systems, and providing overall support for accounting and period-end close processes, including lease accounting. Understanding of record-to-report practices is preferred. Within this position, you will report to the Accounting Manager for the respective country.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recording journal entries.
  • Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
  • Performing period-end cut-off procedures in the sub-ledgers, period-end accruals, and general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies while ensuring completeness and accuracy of system interfaces.
  • Supporting the processing and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, period-end processes, and reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with local AR/AP teams and the broader Adecco organization to support the business.
  • Taking a coordinating role by guiding and supervising junior accountants.
  • Participating in related projects and taking initiative in optimizing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or MBA.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting with an emphasis on General Ledger and month-end activities.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • GAAP experience and general ERP system experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to demonstrate persistence and adaptability to change.
  • Well-organized, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
