Data collection and customer support associate with German/French/Italian/Spanish and English

This position involves conducting outbound telephony surveys to gather valuable data while managing customer interactions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve an expected volume survey daily
  • Maintain compliance with provided scripts while demonstrating flexibility in responding to queries and managing customer queries
  • Record data accurately and efficiently using a typing speed that enables high productivity

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German/French/Italian/Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in sales or customer interaction roles is an advantage
  • Familiarity with motorcycles and electric vehicles will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to comply with scripted interactions while personalizing the conversation as needed
