Expert Problematic Receivables

ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Expert Problematic Receivables for our Credit Risk Department at the Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provides assists in the collection of the Bank’s problematic receivables
- Proactively seeks, contacts and conducts conversations with customers of the Bank with overdue loans to facilitate repayment
- Manage and monitor the Bank’s loan portfolio, focusing on the non-performing exposures and implementing effective recovery strategies
- Protecting the Bank from losses in the loan portfolio and the acquired properties
- Working, preparing and analyzing reports and projects connected with the loan portfolio management, recovery progress and future strategies
Main requirements:
- University degree (regardless of the academic discipline)
- Previous experience in a similar position in a bank, financial institution or in real estate business
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
- A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail
- A desire to learn and develop
