Business Client Advisor – Sofia

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Business Client Advisor -Small Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring client portfolio growth, activеly work on customer retention and other negotiated goals
  • Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build strong ongoing relationships and provide comprehensive services, supporting them to develop successful business
  • Develop strategies and prepare proposals to attract new clients and establish lasting partnerships
  • Proactively searches for new business opportunities to expand client portfolio
  • Identifying prospects/referrals from other internal/external networks
  • Direct selling of loan and non-loan products to customers and potential clients
  • Building and maintaining an awareness of local market and general economic conditions
  • Dive deep into client applications - preparing thorough analyses to drive informed financial decisions

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales (banking or financial services sector)
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to the position
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Very good command of English language (speaking and writing)
  • Demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset and takes initiative to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Driving license would be considered as an advantage
