HR & Payroll Specialist with Dutch, Hebrew, Portuguese or Arabic Language

For one of our most valued clients, we are seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist. The specialist in this role will be responsible for administering the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring to termination, including payroll processing. You will execute key HR processes such as managing core HR activities, helpdesk support, reporting, attendance and absence tracking, payroll pre-processing, training, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and training.
- Ensuring data accuracy, preventing errors, and optimizing processes.
- Using HR systems like SAP, GEMS, and Excel for data processing and management.
- Collaborating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality HR services.
- Ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations, supporting audits, and maintaining up-to-date procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, Hebrew, Portuguese, or Arabic (at least B2 level).
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles such as HR, Payroll, Recruitment, or other administrative and support positions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll administration, and experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow) would be considered a plus.
