Embedded Software Engineer

For one of our valued clients, a global leader in automation technology and technical education, we’re currently looking for a Software Embedded Engineer to join a rapidly growing team in Sofia.

Responsibilities: Designed and developed new concepts and firmware for embedded software platforms.

• Collaborate on capable software architectures in real-time, from specifications to implementation.
• Create detailed designs and code in C and C++.
• Develop firmware for single-core and multi-core systems based on Cortex M7/A7.
• Manage configuration processes and ensure system maintenance.
• Perform unit tests, integration tests, and support system tests.
• Document development processes and support platform development throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Embedded Systems.
• Experience with Matlab and/or Simulink.
• Familiarity with tools and IDEs for 32-bit microcontrollers (knowledge of Cortex-M7/A7 architecture is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of software engineering concepts, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with C/C++.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
