Payroll Specialist with German

Your mission:
- You will support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
- You will handle payroll for your own set group of practices
- You will update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
- You will answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
- You will assist with general phone and written correspondence, e.g., with health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
- You will be responsible for managing official reporting and certification processes.
- You will participate in projects (e.g., process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, and more)
Your talent:
- You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or possess a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- Experience with Personio and DATEV (Payroll & Salary) is an advantage
- You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks
- You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a team
- Fluent in German, at least level C1
