Due to the further need of our trusted client, we are looking to hire a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to the company's customers - answering inquiries by email, phone or live in the showroom of the company;
- Ordering spare parts in specialized software;
- Tracking deliveries, processing documents and preparing reports;
- Issuing invoices and tracking payments;
- Overall support for work in the office.
Requirements:
- Higher and/or secondary education;
- Previous experience in an administrative/commercial position will be an advantage;
- Very good level of English - B1/B2 ;
- Active driver with car;
- Knowledge of the German language will be an advantage;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
