HR Ops with French

We are seeking an HR Ops with French to join one of our esteemed international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Execute HR processes: Core HR, Helpdesk, Reporting, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruitment, Mobility, and Learning Administration.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and compliance standards in HR operations.
- Participate in quality assurance to prevent defects.
- Manage data integrity across systems (SAP, GEMS, Excel) and monitor service delivery metrics.
- Support internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues through Root Cause Analysis.
- Ensure SOP updates and adherence in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR operations, with at least one year in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR software (such as ServiceNow, SAP, or PeopleSoft) and MS Office is an advantage.
- Fluency in French plus English (both written and spoken).
- HR-related training or certifications are considered an advantage.
