Service Manager
For our long-term client Makita — a global leader in the production of power tools and construction machinery — we are looking for a Service Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management – You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the service team and its operations.
- Team Training and Development – You will oversee the training of the service team and help develop their skills to ensure high-level service and product maintenance.
- After-Sales Support – You will be in charge of delivering effective after-sales services and equipment maintenance, as well as communicating with clients and dealers when issues or questions arise.
- Working with service programs and ERP software.
- Proactivity and Process Management – You will be expected to take initiative in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implement new methods to improve efficiency in the service center.
- Active participation in planning and ordering spare parts in collaboration with the supply department.
Requirements:
- Experience in Service Management – Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Experience with machinery servicing is considered an advantage.
- Technical education.
- Active driving license.
- Working proficiency in English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners. Analytical thinking – Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
