For our client Philip Morris we are looking for: Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Office management – ensuring safe, clean, and positive environment.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers related to office management.
  • Own office supplies restocking including cafeteria and stationery.
  • Collection and management of invoices incl. keeping a register file.
  • Sending and tracking of shipments and PO creation.
  • Creating and maintaining regular reports.
  • Ad hoc duties related to management of the facilities.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in Office/Facility Management or Customer facing role.
  • English on level B2 at minimum.
  • SAP knowledge – invoices codification and processing preferable.
  • Great Communication Skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
