Office Manager
For our client Philip Morris we are looking for: Office Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Office management – ensuring safe, clean, and positive environment.
- Managing relationships with suppliers related to office management.
- Own office supplies restocking including cafeteria and stationery.
- Collection and management of invoices incl. keeping a register file.
- Sending and tracking of shipments and PO creation.
- Creating and maintaining regular reports.
- Ad hoc duties related to management of the facilities.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in Office/Facility Management or Customer facing role.
- English on level B2 at minimum.
- SAP knowledge – invoices codification and processing preferable.
- Great Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
