Data Processing Specialist with French/Dutch

On behalf of one of our trusted clients - a multinational FMCG company, a leader in the industry, we are currently looking Data Processing Specialist with French/Dutch to join their team, working for business unit – BeLux.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Handle ongoing updates and data maintenance through the Salesforce “Account Requests” process
- Manage and maintain master data including product catalogues, pricing information
- Perform routine data validation and data quality checks.
- Take full ownership of the “Case Management” process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Good level of French or Dutch (B2 minimum)
- Good level of English
- Relevant experience in data management
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Good Communication skills
- Working experience of an ERP system is a plus
- Microsoft Office knowledge
