TELESALES CARD SPECIALIST
For our client, OMV Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take on the challenging role of:
TELESALES CARD SPECIALIST
The Major Responsibilities Include:
• Accountable for the assigned OMV Cards and Vouchers customer portfolio in defined territory and its business results (volumes/turnover/contribution margin/cost). • Active sales of fuel cards, Value Added Services and vouchers/value cards and acquire new customers via telephone and other sales channels from the office • Intensive cold calls acquisition by telephone to sell products/services associated with the targeted activity defined by Country Sales Manager • Make offers, conclude contract and perform all necessary activities in order to activate customers • Follow defined legal and operational processes by using requested tools • Respecting of all relevant Credit-Management processes and procedures • Respect all other internal regulations and instructions • Manage the customer relationship each sales target within assigned customer portfolio • Secure customer support and guidance related to card services and resolve customer inquiries/complaints • Negotiate contracts and conditions with existing and new customers in order to optimize business results • Ensure permanent presence on the market and positive image of the OMV card offer • Supervise outstanding receivables, limits and customers creditworthiness (information about insurance, guarantees) in order to reach credit related targets, etc.
Experience required:
• 3 years of professional experience in a relevant area • Experience in a call center is preferred
Qualification and skills:
• Education: University degree • Language skills: business English - fluent in writing and speaking • Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, Outlook, SAP.
