Senior C# Developer

ImpacT Hire is actively seeking a Senior C# Developer for one of our clients—a leading financial technology company offering cutting-edge payment solutions and financial services. The role is full-time and based on-site in Varna, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

➢ Design, develop, and maintain internal systems and applications related to payment processing, gift cards, tax payments, and client servicing;

➢ Participate in architecture design and implementation of scalable and secure systems;

➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, mobile, and integration teams;

➢ Provide mentorship to junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team;

➢ Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

➢ 6+ years of professional experience in software development (experience in fintech domain is a strong plus);

➢ 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core;

➢ Solid experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;

➢ Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and design patterns;

➢ Experience in designing and building scalable software architectures;

➢ Previous exposure to leading small teams or mentoring junior developers (direct management experience is not mandatory);

➢ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

➢ Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work within a team;

➢ A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred;

➢ English level: minimum B1 (reading technical documentation and basic communication).
