PCB Design Engineer

On behalf of our trusted client, an international company, we are looking for a PCB Design Engineer. This engineer will design and oversee the development of printed circuit board layouts from concept to production, ensuring compliance with IPC and EMC standards. They will also perform signal and power integrity simulations, contribute to project teams, and stay up to date with semiconductor trends.
Responsibilities:
- Create PCB layout designs that follow industry standards.
- Guide the layout process from the first idea to full production, making sure it's EMC compliant.
- Run tests to check the quality of signal and power in the design.
- Keep up with new trends and technologies in semiconductors.
- Handle assigned tasks using a shared task board.
- Work closely with different project teams and join design reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a PCB Layout Designer.
- Solid background in PCB layout, with a strong preference for experience using Cadence Allegro.
- Ability to perform SI and PI simulations is highly desirable.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Able to make timely decisions and accept accountability in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Adaptable and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge as technology and requirements evolve.
