We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team and who will be involved with the following:

MAIN CHALLENGES:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and client-specific training programs to enhance employees’ job-specific knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective learning and development initiatives
  • Analyze data and assess the effectiveness and quality of training using appropriate evaluation tools
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track learning progress and outcomes

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset combined with a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
