We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team and who will be involved with the following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and client-specific training programs to enhance employees’ job-specific knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective learning and development initiatives
- Analyze data and assess the effectiveness and quality of training using appropriate evaluation tools
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track learning progress and outcomes
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- A proactive, self-starter mindset combined with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
