Relationship Manager Custody Services in Financial Institutions and Custody Department

If you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or asset management; experience in custody or depository services – front office or back-office activities will be an advantage
• Experience in capital markets, corporate finance, knowledge in different types of financial instruments and corporate events
• University degree in Economics
• Fluent English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Result orientation
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

And you would like to:

• Manage the relationship and communicate with local and international clients related to custody and depository services
• Maintain regular contacts with CSDs, sub-custodians and regulators
• Communicate with prospective clients and prepare offers for clients related to custody services
• Prepare and sign contracts and other documents with clients as well as custodians
• Monitor regulatory, market and taxation changes/amendments on the local market
• Support clients in corporate actions, tax reclaims/tax relief, shareholders meetings, etc
• Prepare regular information and statistics regarding the market and the bank for different, incl. for specific questionnaires
