Relationship Manager Custody Services in Financial Institutions and Custody Department

If you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or asset management; experience in custody or depository services – front office or back-office activities will be an advantage
- Experience in capital markets, corporate finance, knowledge in different types of financial instruments and corporate events
- University degree in Economics
- Fluent English language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Result orientation
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
And you would like to:
- Manage the relationship and communicate with local and international clients related to custody and depository services
- Maintain regular contacts with CSDs, sub-custodians and regulators
- Communicate with prospective clients and prepare offers for clients related to custody services
- Prepare and sign contracts and other documents with clients as well as custodians
- Monitor regulatory, market and taxation changes/amendments on the local market
- Support clients in corporate actions, tax reclaims/tax relief, shareholders meetings, etc
- Prepare regular information and statistics regarding the market and the bank for different, incl. for specific questionnaires
