Senior Java Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer for one of our clients, a leading product company specializing in developing software that manages logistics centers. Their cutting-edge solutions automate and optimize warehouse processes, significantly reducing the physical workload of employees through the implementation of robots, conveyor systems, and advanced automation technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical background in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation. You will play a crucial role in creating scalable and efficient systems while contributing to the overall architecture, product design, and agile development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications focused on strategic supply chain management and optimization;
- Manage data and software products related to logistics and delivery operations;
- Develop solutions for cost optimization, warehouse capacity planning, and operational efficiency;
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through data-driven planning;
- Leverage robust databases and modern libraries to ensure high performance and reliability;
- Design and tailor algorithms for delivery scheduling and time optimization;
- Collaborate effectively in a dynamic international work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security);
- Familiarity with Kafka and deploying containerized microservices in Kubernetes environments;
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture;
- Strong motivation to work on backend-focused tasks and problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in mathematical optimization techniques[;
- Practical experience with Angular;
- Strong analytical skills and a good grasp of logistics and supply chain processes;
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile development teams;
- Interest in software architecture and DevOps practices.
