As an Online Fashion Advisor, you will be part of a great team and all together we will:
- Handle and respond to fashion queries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns by phone, email, or tickets
- Support our clients at every step of the shopping process
- Identify clients’ needs to achieve the best purchasing experience
We need a candidate with:
- Fluency in Swedish language for daily communication with customers
- Good command of English (B1) for training and internal communication
- Affinity for Fashion and e-commerce will be considered as an advantage
- Team player
- Self-motivation and result-orientation
