Now we are looking for an organized, communicative, pro-active and smiling person to join our Administration team, where they will be responsibilities to:

• Provide administrative support to other departments of Neterra related to their business travels - transport, accommodation, etc.

• Handle incoming calls and emails - both in Bulgarian and English

• Organize incoming and outgoing company mail and shipments

• Organize the office layout and plan supplies of stationery, equipment, and services

• Look over the good condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs

You can contribute if you have:

• Excellent verbal and written language skills in English

• Ability to self-organize and work well under limited supervision

• Ability to retain calm and confident when dealing with challenging situations

• Great communication skills

• Previous experience in similar position is a strong advantage
