For one of our clients – a well-established company operating in the BPO field. We are on lookout for motivated, bright and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Call Centre Agent with German, Czech, Slovak, Hebrew or Dutch and English - Fully Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to various customer requests via email, phone and chat;
  • Investigating customers’ issues, offering solutions and guiding customers through the issue solving process;
  • Offering info and advice to customers relating to company’s products and services;
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of every interaction with customers;
  • Providing a professional and pleasant experience and ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
  • Working in tandem with other colleagues, assisting and offering advice when needed.

Requirements:

  • Great spoken and written German, Czech, Slovak, Hebrew or Dutch and English skills;
  • Good PC user skillset and an affinity for technology;
  • Previous experience in a customer support environment is a plus;
  • Customer-focused, motivated and a team-player;
  • Adaptable and capable, able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Able to be organized and manage time efficiently .
