For one of our clients – a company operating in the BPO field, offering fresh approach and innovations with their services and products. We are on a search for friendly, positive and results-driven people for the role of Call Centre Representative with French, German or Dutch and English - Hybrid option.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers questions and issues via email, phone or chat;
  • Offering fast and friendly help and solutions for the issues at hand;
  • Following up on more complex cases and, if needed, escalating them further according to the company’s guidelines;
  • Ensuring that scripting of the call is added the ticket and sending it to other internal teams that are taking on the escalated case;
  • Following products and procedures’ new updates and implementing changes;
  • Ensuring that the constant communication loop is closed between you and Teal Leaders and supporting the constant flow of information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding French, German or Dutch and good English skills;
  • Previous experience in a customer support environment is an advantage;
  • Familiarity with computing technology and experience in a similar role are a plus;
  • Available to work on late shifts;
  • Formidable MS Office applications skillset (mostly Word and Excel);
  • Eager to learn, improve and provide results, goal-oriented;
  • Friendly with a positive approach to work and customers.
