Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering customers questions and offering relevant solutions in a timely manner;
  • Approaching each case with interest and demonstrating understanding and care;
  • Striving to provide a positive experience and ensuring customer happiness;
  • Keeping accurate logs of each case for future reference;
  • Up-keeping your knowledge of company’s services and products;
  • Working closely with other colleagues and functioning as a part of the team.


  • Great German, Hebrew or Czech and good English language skills;
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly and open approach;
  • Team-player attitude and drive to improve and provide a high-quality experience;
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time well;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different customer’s needs;
  • Available to work on shifts and weekends.
