We're in a phase of exponential growth and we're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager Insect Ingredients to join our team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What will your mission be? As a Sales Manager Insect Ingredients will be to drive sales growth and expand our market presence by effectively promoting and selling our insect-based ingredients to potential clients in international markets. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. Your proactive and enthusiastic approach will be instrumental in representing our company with professionalism and establishing long-term partnerships with clients.

What Awaits You Each Day? · Consolidating, nurture and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors. · Prospect for new potential clients in the animal nutrition and petfood sector on a global scale. · Actively promote our products and services highlighting their nutritional and sustainable benefits, including during events (fairs). · Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies tailored to each target market and the quality & logistic department to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. · Collaborate with the Research & Development team for product development to meet market demands and standards. · Monitor market trends and competition closely and identify new business opportunities in international markets. · Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales, contracts, payments and performance indicators.

Are You the One We’re Searching For? · Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field or similar. · Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an international sales role, preferably in the animal nutrition or a food/feed products industry. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with international clients and partners. · Strong results orientation, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Fluent in English, other languages can be a plus.
