Recruiting Administrator with German or French

We are seeking a Recruiting Administrator fluent in German or French to manage recruitment administrative tasks, support the recruitment and selection process, and maintain candidate records.

  • Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records.
  • Application system management
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Carrying out telephone interviews
  • Facilitate communication between candidates, recruitment specialists, and HR management.
  • Handle recruitment-related queries and provide timely assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administation or related field;

  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role;

  • Fluency in German or French;

  • Good comand in English;

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes;

  • Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently;

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
