Technical Support Specialists with English

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist, to join their team in Sofia. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customers` requests and resolving cases pertaining mainly to technical issues. The position necessitated an office-based work style.

This role is on 24/7 work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00 / 16:00 – 01:00, and night shifts

Requirements

• Have (or have started) a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical field, or hold an equivalent qualification from a technical high school.

• Can speak and write English fluently.

• Really good at paying close attention to details, being accurate, and thinking analytically.

• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Helps customers through email, phone, or chat quickly and accurately.

• Assists security team with installing, setting up, and fixing hardware and software.

• Figures out and fixes problems for customers from start to finish.

• Writes down cases and important lessons to help improve the customer service.

• Checks out new devices that client makes before they're available to the public.
