The opportunity

Our newly established Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to the entire EY operations across the CESA region (Central, Eastern and South Europe, and Central Asia - 29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

We are currently seeking to hire a Talent Specialist.

The Talent Specialist will support EY RSS team and report to the local Talent Consultant

Your key responsibilities

Support the recruitment process for EY RSS by:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate onboarding procedures;
  • Post job opportunities in internal and external recruitment sites;
  • Review job applicants and consult with Talent Consultant on shortlisting;
  • Communicate with shortlisted candidates: set up interviews and follow up;
  • Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates;
  • Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers;
  • Participate in employer brand initiatives and career events;
  • Administer new joiners’ and employees’ files and information;
  • Build strong relationships within the team, across EY and beyond;
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Educational background in organizational psychology, economics, or other relevant field;
  • Strong knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), diverse systems, and web-based applications
  • English and Bulgarian language proficiency written and verbal;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and adaptability;
  • Curiosity and creative approach to problem solving;
  • Interest in professional development in the field of Human resources.
