About the Role: 

  • 🎧 As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you'll provide non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls! 

Your Tasks: 

  • 📧 Providing Email support for our clients. 
  • 💬 Answering "How to" and "FAQ" questions. 
  • 💳 Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues. 
  • 🛠️ Providing troubleshooting assistance. 

Our Requirements: 

  • 🌟 Excellent Written skills in French (C1). 
  • 🗣️ Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above). 
  • 👥 Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus. 
  • 🤝 Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers. 
  • 😊 Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude. 
  • 📝 Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.
